A typical and ancient factory of the early 1900 made with the local white calcareous stone, surrounded by the magic carob trees and the fantastic symmetries of the dry-stone walls sloping down to the Mediterranean Sea. A trip through the sicilian folk wisdom in order to find the lost and forgotte “slowness”, lies 12 Km from the sea, just 15 km far from the amazing Ragusa Ibla, 5 minutes from Donnafugata castel.
